What is FasterEFT?

FasterEFT is a methodology developed by Robert G. Smith combining the most effective elements of NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) , BSFF (Be Set Free Fast), and Psychology. This technique addresses the mind/body system including what you think, how you process your thoughts and the body’s response to those thoughts.  It can release stress, trauma and negative self-defeating patterns of behavior. FasterEFT  is highly effective and works fast to give you control over your past, present and future restoring balance, emotional and physical health. It’s self-empowering, something you can learn to do for yourself and it will free you of all your emotional baggage. Your beliefs, fears and attitudes, although physically felt are under your control.  FasterEFT gets to the heart of the problem effectively, it is not intuition based, it is  a  simple and logical self-help procedure that works quickly and it produces profound and lasting results.

How does it work? FasterEFT changes how the subconscious mind encodes, processes and reproduces events from the past. We are not just releasing emotions from our experiences, but actually changing the way we hold the experience.  By identifying the memories that drive the behavior, we release them by tapping on meridians that send messages to our body until everything has changed. You can live a stress free life and be successful in everything that you do. Your Beliefs, Fears, and Attitudes although physically felt are under your control. The cause of all problems is perception – how we perceive, feel, interpret and represent the world. Our perception comes from all of the memories and experiences; if we change them we start to experience our world differently. Our bodies have physical reactions to what the mind holds and perceives consciously and unconsciously. When a thought or memory surfaces, the brain sends messages (electrical impulses) to the organs telling them how to respond (feeling good, stressed or worried). This physical reaction is a creation. It is the expression of what we hold in our minds that causes the problem, not the body’s reaction.  Change the perception and you change the belief that is expressed by the mind to the body. Release the emotional charge and you change the feeling. When you change the negative programs in your mind, you’ll change your life for the better.

Developed in the US in the early 1990’s by Gary Craig, combines ancient Chinese medicine and modern psychology.  This particular form of alternative therapy is described as an emotional, needle free version of acupuncture and is based on new discoveries regarding the connection between your body’s subtle energies, your emotions and your subconscious, alongside your health. WHAT IS NLP? It is a set of guiding principles, attitudes and techniques about behaviour in real life.  It gives individuals choice; choice to choose their behaviours, emotional states and physical states of well-being by understanding how the mind works.  It removes self-imposed limits.  NLP explores the relationship between how we think (neuro), how we communicate both verbally and non-verbally (linguistic) and our patterns of behaviour and emotion (programmes).  NLP is how to use the language of the mind to consistently achieve specific and desired outcomes, in a simple and efficient manner.
