It’s the emotion that follows the thought, when you have a fearful thought, you’re anxious and tense, then your brain checks in with your body.  When it comes time to change and you attempt to make a different choice, and you start to feel different, your subconscious says, “you’ve been responding this way for a long time, so are you going to stop feeling guilty, stop suffering,” it’s an unknown.

So you decide to return to familiar territory saying to yourself, “I’ll start tomorrow, you’re just like your father, you can’t change, this won’t work for you”. And you keep up the same behavior, the same pattern.

You body isn’t aware of the difference between reality and a thought.

The best way to predict your future is to create it and be aware of your thoughts.  Your brain doesn’t know the difference between what you are creating in your thoughts and what you are experiencing.  So you can install new neurological hardware in your brain, you can teach your body emotionally what the future will be like ahead of the actual experience. So now the brain is no longer a record of the past, it is a map to the future.

You don’t need to wait for something outside to change how you feel and respond from inside. Start reading, listening and surrounding yourself with positivity, happy thoughts.

The moment you start to feel abundant and worthy you generate wealth. The moment you feel empowered and confident, you can step into your success.  When you can love yourself and all life, you’ll create an equal and you’re causing an affect.

Stop living like a victim. You are not your past experiences. Become the creator of your world.

When you focus on the memories in your past you predict your future. Your environment controls how you think and feel, unconsciously. Your daily patterns, daily habits create neurological pathways in your brain. Start your day differently, change your habits, even the small things. 

Get out of bed on the opposite side, brush your teeth with your opposite hand, take a different route to work, wherever you can change it up.

Keep doing this and priming it that way, the hardware becomes a software programme and you will start acting and feeling happy, being confident and in control.

You are the sum total of your thoughts. Be aware of your thinking. When you find yourself going down a rabbit hole, STOP and focus on something that makes you feel happy, a good memory.

You can do this, you are worth it
