Hypnosis has always been a part of the FasterEFT therapy I use.

I recently completed a further 100 hours in Modern Hypnosis training through The Tad James Co.

How does it work? During a hypnotic state, you become deeply relaxed. The conscious mind becomes quieted which allows the unconscious mind to focus deeply on the issue at hand. You become much more calm, and therefore more receptive in letting go and changing the problem.

The goal of hypnotherapy is to harmonize the subconscious and conscious minds and give you a greater control over your emotions and behaviour.
